About
Wounded Healers supports those who work in the mental health field process the trauma, grief and stress they experience. We use mindfulness dialogue, meditation and empathy to explore our own experiences with adversity as a strength to help those we serve.
Format
During this six month program, we will come together in the following schedule:
Half-Day Initial Submersion and Training
Break-Out Zoom Session
Support Zoom Session (upon request)
Half-Day Organizational Implementation - next steps, adaptations and learnings

21-Day Mindfulness Program
The Wounded Healers have developed our Six-Month Program with Danny's Mindfulness Dialogue as a foundation for healing with compassion and empathy.

Services & Workshops
Half-Day Initial
Submersion & Training
Learn how The Wounded Healers opens safe and supportive space, promotes self-compassion and provides an opportunity to see the good in what we do by exploring
Healing Moments.
Break-Out Zoom Session
Monthly thematic sessions in which we connect with each other, explore the underlying emotions and thoughts that underly grief and stress, and discover how we are able to be more self compassionate and acknowledge the important work being done to provide care to those most in need.
Support Individual or Group Zoom Session
Participants are able to schedule individual or group sessions for support such as coaching to implement The Wounded Healers processes into your work and, in our lives, acknowledging creating a space of safety and compassion.
Half-Day Organizational
Implementation
In a final group gathering, we explore learnings, surprises and discoveries. We also share how we can manifest The Wounded Healers within the work and in our loves, acknowledging creating a space of safety and compassion.
